1. Tender Opportunity Find |
LaW searches numerous tender portals to find and distribute tender opportunities. |

2. Bid writing |
LaW will work with a single client or a collaborating group to develop and write a bid to meet the specified deadline. |

3. Bid Management
|
The LaW Bid Management service supports the client’s organisation staff and management during the bid writing process. |

4. Bid Critiquing and
|
The Bid Critiquing/Reviewing service involves LaW providing thoughts, input and advice to enhance the bid submission, where an organisation has developed and written the draft bid themselves. |

5. Delivery of a Bid Writing |
An introductory one day bid writing training courses which cover thought processes about bid writing and topics that would build a basic understanding of how to write a bid. |

6. Training of Bid Writers |
An in depth bid writing training course which would looks at how to answer questions, writing styles and approach to bid writing. |

7. Contract Management
|
LaW can undertake the overall management of the contract on your behalf. Working closely with partner organisations, LaW will identify the contract targets and timescales and put in place a Critical Pathway and oversee the delivery of the activity to meet the requirements of the contracting body. This service can include managing the audit trail, overseeing quality and making data returns. |

8. Sourcing Delivery Staff
|
Sourcing of delivery staff would be undertaken by Strawberry Recruitment, the sister company of LaW. Strawberry has a wealth of experience in providing staff to fill a range of roles that meet our client’s requirements. |

9. Data Management
|
LaW can provide a Data Management service for clients which would meet contractual requirements for the return of data to the contracting body. This service could include monitoring participant eligibility; monitoring information/codes to be recorded in certain fields of the data capture documentation, as well as a timetable for the return of information to the contracting body. |
